Kedai Makan Ah Soon in Sentosa@JB

When i 1st arrive Jb about 2years + ago we always stay in Sentosa after drinking in the previous night. Normaly the next day we will went to the Restoran Hakka as my hakka friend/mr soot ker likes to eat lui cha...whenever we went to eat we will passby this shop which always crowded...sometimes later i get to try out what they serve inside and get to know they serve my favourite food Bak Kut teh... ;)

few days ago i brought my friend which he used to work as chef and gave highly marks for their foods but not their BKT...

first of all they will serve salty vege as starter before the long waiting food arrive...

we had 2 person BKT...

since we never mention anything they gave us pork ribs only...the tea flavour were strong but i still cant get the kick... :(

this were highly recomended by him as i like it also and this must be order whenever visiting here...the ginger chicken were cooked just right while the gravy had quite strong of ginger taste plus the soya sauce...Robin had 2 bowls of rice coz of it :D

the marvellous chicken which made us both craving for more but i order the other way round coz the ginger chicken i order 1 person portion as i scared if both order 2 person portion we cant finish it... :O

finally they had my favourite delivered...*yummy*

before i left the shop i took picture of 1 of their sexret recipe to cook nice food as they used charcoal... ;)

ps: the food for 2 person BKT + 1 person ginger chicken + 2 rice + 1 salty vege + 1 teapot of tea cost rm 29 so why not its worth to eat sumore so nice food...the next time we visit i told Robin that we will order the other way round as ginger chicken portion more than the BKT... :)

pps:on lunch time its really pack and dont expect the place very cool coz they only had fans but not aircond but thats not a problem for me... ;)

a bomb waiting me

Gary the guy who work in republic about 2 years ago but never call me since he got my phone number from his ex associate engineer 1 year + ago who currrently work in the same company with him...we even met at our hometown last year and he told me he got my number but still never call me...we even met at the airport when on our flight home...

I knew this barger from my ex company...its quite fun in my ex company as my ranking lower a lot than him but i get to instruct him to work and fucked him which i never did when there were mistake...lol

finally i got his call beginning of this year and thats the time i knew his number...he told me wanted to pass me something...

this is it...after 2 years finally decided to call me but with this time bomb... :D

as usual thre chocolate,candy and peanut biscuit...

the time bomb dated 16-9-2010 if im not mistaken i think that date sound familiar...anyhow Happy Engagement and soon going to be wedding... ;)

Hidden tze char near JB custom

Last month i went to JB with mr soot ker before CNY...Lunch we had KLHT and dinner i brought him to the tze char/chu chao/dai chow near the custom...if you miss it you wont even notice the restaurant when you pass by the road...

pan egg tofu with mince meat which taste so so only but a lil bit salty...

the kung pow wild boar which got 1 thumb up by me instead of 2 coz the meat not as nice as my hometown coz the wild boar there more fatty...hehe

i asked for fried bittergourd with egg but i get omelette tofu...macibeiii...

the slice fish soup if im not mistaken and taste nice while its hot...the meal coz rm30++ with 2 drinks...

just now i went to jb with mr soot ker and another fren/classmate which just join us work in republic last week..lunch we went to KLHT oso and he say its very nice and definately will go back whenever we visit JB again...the lunch cost us rm36 and its cheap for medium size fish head,3 drinks with 4 rich which they both had 2 each...lol

Just now mr soot ker wanted to go back early after we watch movie at 7++pm and left we both...we went for another movie Alice in Wonderland before going for dinner...i told you that if walk pass by without noticing one will duno there a restaurant...mr soot ker 1st time i tod him go thre eat he told me he duno thre a place to eat...lol

thumbs up for the fish as its quite fresh just that it lack of taste at the soup... ;)

At this coffee shop that mostly i hang around,there this aunty which everyday will came and have a drink then have a nap...this were taken last year and mostly everyday and she will bath at the coffee shop also...

halfway eating and drinking her milo she fell asleep...

wake up ate a little bit then doze off again...

this guy more kenggg...i were eating i heard someone mumbling alone and saw he eating while talking to the noodle...suddenly i heard no sound i look back saw he slept on his noodle...

different country different people dont you think??? :D

Advertisement gone wrong place

Go with the food post as i getting awkward towards it and remember few years back when my fellow bloggers frens asked me that my blog turn to food blogs?geeezzz...its so no me as i post too many so now change back to my old style blog that post crazy things...LOL

Few month back i read the Today papers and got smiling all the way from page to page...this newspapers does not published jokes but the advertisement gone wrong place make me laugh...

I read this article cause i thought she tried out the new O... :O

i thought whoever she/Rachel liang is were trying out the O and got smile on her face..thats made me read the article end up reading nothing interesting...

when i flip to the next page there Lord Of The Rings but they got big and small ring just on top of the head and which rings they wanted...LOL

another page got laugh as upon i saw the picture i imagining that the mother never used the Happy Days And Nights and regreting while the father doesnt bother just looked from far... :D

the grand finale who try out the O or what???...next to it claiming Does size matter???

its very important that the advertisement in the papers sumore this Today papers were free...everybody get to read it...i think maybe this was the journalist try to make amusement ad actually it save my da from smiling as normally we read news only... :D

Bitter bittergourd soup success

Few month back i was craving for bittergourd soup and got some tips from chinaman who told me some tips how to cook the bittergourd bitter...

Mr soot ker were sleeping when i just back from bought the ingredient...the fucker sleep thats why i took his picture...lol

i bought pork big bone for $1.90 and bittergourd for $1.50...cheap here everything in republic... ;)

open up the bittergourd to clear the seed...

the secret is the way cutting the bittergourd so it will preserve the bitter juice...do not cut it across...

cut it straight so the juice wont be cutted away...

the fucker wake up then told me that the bone must be soak in hot water to flushed off the blood in the bone...first time i heard dont it this way as i think it will lessen the pork oil in it...

back to the bittergourd...

then we cut it into shorter length...

it depends on how short or long you wana cut it... ;)

dump it all inside including the big bone... :)

set the slow cooker to high so that it can be ready in few hours to eat...

after that i went jb to catch up movie while mr soot ker says he too tired and he help me to add salt to the soup...when i reach home at nite the yummy soup ready to be eaten and whole house says that it very bitter...lol
