Radish or carrot?fi radish or carrot?

On Tuesday mr.soot ker didn't work so i requested him to cook some soup as i very like to drink soup...;)

he cook this radish/ang moh lan ciao soup with pork rib...

on thursday we both didnt work so i asked him why not cook soup and drink again... ;)

i say bittergourd soup he say don't want as we cant cook out the taste that her mom cook...*we did cook before but i had no time to post...lol*

finally we settle for carrot/asian lan ciao soup with pork rib...i went to supermarket to bought the ingredient...

i bought babi carrot and medium carrot as i think babi carrot more sweeter... :)

ahhh..how can miss out pork rib...*heavenly*

$5 for this all...

wash it before everyone in da house getting laosai...*i bz preparing he bz surfing net...din blame him as i like to cook*

becoz of my greedy end up the carrot/asian lan ciao too much so pork rib must get somemore...

went to Giant supermarket nearer to my place get some more pork... ;)

now the pork seem too much...

mr soot ker had this habit that either soak the meat with hot water or boil it to get rid of the blood...wtf i told him no taste already but he insisted...

sibeh mahuan need to pick up 1 by 1 now...

to dump it in the soup...

i took some of the stock i boiled the rib...

add it in the soup to add extra kick... ;)

after that i went JB while mr. soot ker watch the soup and add salt as he dont want follow me and by night time i came back the leftover so much... :O

i finish it all and got my shit next day orange colour...LOL

first time i ate this soup were century ago when my mom cook it and got me love at first taste... :D

ps:which 1 you all likes better?Radish/ang moh lan ciao or carrot/asian lan ciao?

pps:if you all cant decide then must me like my lan ciao...LOL
